Returns which fail to include the above information will suffer a delay in processing. We strongly suggest you register the parcel, as we do not take responsibility for lost items sent back to us.
Ensure the package is well padded and the item will not sustain damage during transportation.
Do not dissaseble the item, 'inspect' or attempt to repair it. Doing so will void warranty.
The item MUST be sent back to us for replacement.
